Welcome to the Banbury Bulldogs home on the web. The Banbury Bulldogs were established in 1999 and play at Spiceball Park Sports Centre in Banbury. We have teams competing in the Southern Area Skater Hockey (SASH) League in Pee Wee, Youth, Junior and Senior age groups. We also have club members who have played at Regional, National and European level. If you are new to the game or you're an experienced player and want to meet us and have a game, check out the "Have a Go!" link, where new players can download a voucher for two free introductory sessions.

SHIRT COMPETITION - SHORT-LIST The shirt designs have now been collected and will be taken to the committee meeting on Wednesday evening (10th June). The committee will judge the designs and pick the top 5 shirt designs. These will then be sent to Paul Thompson, Head Coach of the Blaze and Manager of the GB Men's Ice Hockey Team. He will then pick an overall winner from those 5 designs. This design will then be sent to the printers and the winner will be presented with his or her new shirt. Orders can then be taken for anyone wishing to have an anniversary shirt for themselves. Good luck to everyone who has entered the competition.
SECOND HAND KIT SALE - SATURDAY 13TH JUNE Are you looking for hockey equipment, or do you have kit you don't use any more? We will be running a second hand kit stall on Saturday 13th June during our Saturday training sessions. Bring your old or unused kit along, attach a label with your name and price and add it to the stall. A minimum of 10% of the sale price should go to the club (or more if the seller wants to).
BULLDOGS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) The Bulldogs AGM will be held at Spiceball Park Sports Centre at 12 noon on Saturday 11th July 2009. It will be in the activity hall next to the main hall. All members of the club and parents are invited to attend. We will be electing all of the committee positions - Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Members. If you would like to help with the running of the club, we would be happy to see some new volunteers. If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to put your name forward to one of the positions, please put it in writing to the current committee.
10TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY - FRIDAY 17TH JULY 2009 It is promising to be a great evening with a hog roast and disco. Tickets will be on sale soon for our 10th Anniversary Party on Friday 17th July 2009. Tickets will be £6.00 per person.

Home RinkThe Banbury Bulldogs play at Spiceball Park Sports Centre in Banbury every Saturday afternoon. We have sessions for beginners, minnow, pee wee, youth, junior and senior starting at 2:00 pm. We are always pleased to see new members of all ages, ability and either sex. Please bring your own skates as we cannot supply them. We have plenty of safety equipment for you to borrow Come along any Saturday or contact one of the committee for details.
